I'm a Product & Engineering Lead with 10 years of building software, from early-stage startups to platforms serving 50M+ users. My journey began as a developer, evolved through founding a SAMSUNG-backed startup and leading product teams at Rocket Internet, and has always been driven by two things: technical curiosity and real human needs.
Today I bring those worlds together as founding engineer at Grantonomy, where I move between product strategy, hands-on engineering, and technical experimentation. I'm most drawn to agentic AI, local LLM inference, and verifiable AI outputs. Outside work, you'll find me snowboarding, exploring world cinema, playing film scores on piano, or nudging my German toward B2.

- Managed end-to-end product delivery, from discovery to launch, impact analysis, and ongoing optimization. Building Dynamic Pricing platform and core API products.
- Designed Surge pricing engine in collab with Commercial and Data Science teams, increasing NMV by 3.7%. Enhanced marketplace efficiency by deploying a demand forecasting ML model, accelerating price adjustments during peak hours; lifting avg ride fare by 6% and rider conversion by 2%.
- Built an API Gateway serving 15 internal services + 3 additional Snapp ventures for sending transactional SMS and email; improved delivery rates from 87% to ~98% by introducing an auto-fallback mechanism.
