- Managed end-to-end product delivery, from discovery to launch, impact analysis, and ongoing optimization. Building Dynamic Pricing platform and core API products, including Surge, ETA Wrapper, Messaging API Gateway, and Back-Office.
- Delivered Surge engine in collaboration with Commercial and Data Science teams, increasing NMV by 3.7%. Enhanced marketplace efficiency by deploying a demand forecasting ML model, accelerating price adjustments during peak hours; lifting avg ride fare by 6% and rider conversion by 2%.
