- I identified an opportunity to establish a product studio that streamlined MVP development for Startup-Visa applicants. Proposed my plan to the CEO and founded the product department.

- Led 4 products within the Shared-Services squad. Managed the product lifecycle end-to-end, from roadmap to launch and maintenance.
